Work experience: My practice – NCA – has been established in 2008 and is still going strong. I worked for the Intersure Group for 3 years as Finance and General Manager and they are still one of my clients. Before that, well SAICA articles for a full 5 years and one more year, just for fun!
What drives me: Seeing change in business: in financial performance, employee satisfaction and performance, improvement in internal and external communication. Educating clients and staff in business – from small things to big things is so rewarding. Goose-bump stuff!
